We bring the saloon - you bring the spirit!

We bring the saloon to you with our chuckwagon-inspired, custom-made mobile western bar. From weddings and corporate gatherings to backyard shindigs and rodeo nights, our mobile saloon is fully equipped to serve up handcrafted cocktails, ice-cold beer, and good ol’ Texas hospitality. 

 

Whether you’re looking for a full bar setup, signature drinks, or just a friendly face behind the counter, we’ll make sure your guests have a drink in hand and a rootin’-tootin’ good time.

Our Packages

The Two-Step

What this includes ($500): 

Have a bar, need a bartender?

 

  • 4 hours of service (the time we are serving guests) per bartender without renting our western bar, or for additional bartenders for your event.

 

  • Additional service time available at $100/hr per bartender.

The Grand Ole Opry

What this includes ($2000): 
 

  • 1 bartender for up to 4 hours of service time (the time we are open and serving guests) for up to 50 guests
     

  • Western bar set-up & breakdown
     

  • 2 hours needed for set-up, 1-1.5 hours for breakdown outside of the service time 
     

  • Customized shopping list for how much liquor you’ll need to provide for your cocktails
     

Optional add-ons: 
 

  • We can bring the mixers for your chosen cocktails, garnishes, ice, and cups for you! Pricing is priced per person with enough material for up to 4 hours
     

  • Glassware rentals - we can arrange this with our rental partners

What you provide: 
 

  • We don’t have a liquor license, so you will need to provide the liquor or we can arrange for pick-up with an additional fee
     

  • If you’d like to provide the mixers for your chosen cocktails, garnishes, ice, and cups, we can provide a grocery list for you with suggested quantities to ensure you’re buying the right amount for your guest count!
